Albero’s designs draw inspiration from the sustainability, authenticity, and creativity of ancient Greece. The Greek philosopher Aristotle explored questions and solutions related to human vision in many of his works, including the “Problemata.” In the history of human knowledge, eyeglasses emerged as a solution for people around the 13th century in Italy. It is therefore fitting that our brand name means “tree” in Italian, while our first product series is dedicated to Greek origins and named after the Greek alphabet.
